Hey guys and gals, it looks like there might be a nice deal on Metal Honeycomb Cats at Parts Rack..Online Shopping (But then I seem to recall seeing this 'sale' before...)

Sale priced at $419. Anybody know who builds these? (Jon, Why keep it secret? Does it vary? Imported from China? ) Quality compared to Random Tech? Anybody ever have any Install issues to put these on a Gen 2? What can you say about them? Sound? Performance?
