Got a box of goodies from MGW today.

Cupholder bezel: Nice, but I've actually grown fond of the ashtray, as I keep change in it for parking meters (which we have a lot of here.)
Will keep it just in case I feel the urge to have a cupholder instead.

Oil cap: I like this a lot. Looks great in the engine compartment. Way better than the stock black plastic one with the Mobile 1 warning on it. I hope the chrome holds up well.

Black Anodized, red "fangs" license plate bracket: This is very nice. Very substantial and high quality. Not cheap and flimsy like most brackets.
Can't wait now for my personalized plates ( HSSSS )

First Strike shift knob: My favorite of the lot. This knob is really top shelf. The fit and finish on this is amazing. The red viper logo on top is truly sweet, and the feel of the knob is great. More of a pistol grip than the bulbous stock knob, and nice and low. Can't wait to get it out on the street and try some shifts. Very easy to install. The knob comes with the two allen wrenches you need to install it. Clear instructions made it a snap. Would have taken me less than 10 minutes, except that right off the bat, I dropped the small allen wrench down behind my seat and spent 15 minutes looking for it. Never could find it.

I have to say, I am very impressed with the MGW stuff. Absolutely top quality all around.

Now, if Northwind would just hurry up and finish their 1 inch lowering kit, I'd be done modding (for now.)

After having used the MGW "First Strike" shift knob for a few days now, I have to say that it is a huge improvement over the stock knob. Shifting is much more ergonomic and positive. I don't have my hand perched up high on that tall stock knob, and I can grab the First Strike in a comfortable pistol grip. Plus, I still can't get over how good it looks. For $85 and 15 minutes of work, this mod is really a "no brainer."

Tell us some details about the Northwind lowering 'kit'? Price, install time, etc.

According to the Northwind guys, it should be out in a month or two.

Price will be about $300. Supposed to be do it yourself install. I haven't got one yet, so this is all per my conversation on the phone with the northwind guy.

I did the Northwind seat lowering kit on my Gen I (assuming you're talking about seat lowering, and not suspension). Takes about 1/2 hour, and is very simple. GREAT upgrade. I can't imagine it'll be any more difficult on the SRT-10
Also, I have never had any problems w/ MGW chrome goodies under the hood (I believe I've had the oil cap and dipstick for about 5 years)
