I was checking sale prices at Sears and they show a PLTSPTB and a PLTSPTC1B.

They are within $10 of each other.

There is no mention of the A/S.

Anyone know what the difference is?

My understanding is that C1 is the designation for the Viper version of the Pilot Sport in the 18" rim size. Seems like I heard that there are some differences between the Viper tire and the normal tire which are both sold under the Pilot Sport designation. Seems like C1 is the one you want and my guess is that it is the more expensive of the two. That's how you know it's for a Viper!

C-1s are a higher sustained speed carcass, and wider. Stand a C-1 next to a Non C-1, came sizes, and they are almost 1" wider sidewall cross section and contact patch in Viper sizes!
