9:00 AM Vendor Setup

7:00 PM Meeting for all car judges and event staff at Cannery.

Friday March 19th ,2004

7:00 AM Gates open for all Vendors and Manufactures Mid-way, and Car Corral.

8:00 AM Gates open for all event participants.(Drag Racers, Car Show, Dyno Pull Off , Cummins Diesel/Dodge Truck . Jeep/ Dodge Truck off Road Poker Run Participants)

9:00 AM General Gates open for all others.

9:00 AM Drag Race Tech begins.

10:00 AM Car show judging will begin

10:00 AM Time Trials begin.(Tentative Time)

5:00 PM Track events conclude for the day.

5:00 PM Welcome to Las Vegas Party and Cruise Hosted by the Cannery Hotel and Casino. Interestate 15 and Craig Road. (5 miles south on I-15 to Craig Exit go West 1 mile to the Cannery. Corner of Losee Road and Craig. 2121 West Craig Road (702-507-5700)
Exhibition Vehicles will be on Display, Live Music, Plenty of Food and Drink .

10:00 PM Tentative end of Activity at the Cannery.

Saturday March 20Th 2004

7:00 AM Gate open for Vendors & Manufactures Mid-way Participants.

8:00 AM Gates open for all.

9:00 AM Start the Dodge Truck/ Cummings Diesel Dyno Pull Off

9:00 A:M Time Trials Begin.

10:00 AM All show cars need to in there assigned spaces ready for judging. Vehicles must remain in assigned spaces until 5:00 P:M on Saturday.

12:00 PM The Burn Out Contest. Enter now to participate. Brought to you by Discount Tire. EXHIBITION Vehicle will run featuring Mr.Bob Riggle and The Hurst Hemi Underglass. Bob Riggle will be performing wheelstand during the event for the fairwell tour. Las Vegas Fire Dept's Fire Bike.Other Exhibition vehicle will be on hand.

1:00 PM Time Trials continue.

1:00 PM Jeep/ Dodge Off Road participants leave for off premise event.

2:00 PM Saturday Afternoon Gambler Race/Run for the Money open all racers.

4:00 PM Second round of EXHIBITION VEHICLE TO PREFORM.

5:00-10:00 PM Post Mopars at the Strip party and Cruise at the Cannery Hotel and Casino.

Sunday March 21st 2004

7:00 AM Gates open for all Vendors and Manufactures Mid-way participants.

8:00 AM Gates open for all others.

8:00 AM Church Service by Racers for Christ.

10:30 AM Time Trials begin.

11:30 AM Show car winners proceed to staging lanes.

12:00 AM Show car winners parade of champions/Award ceremony.

12:45 PM Burn out Contest EXHIBITION CARS RUN.

1:00 PM First Round of Eliminations begin.

3:00 PM Final Running of the EXHIBITION Class

5:00- 6:00 PM Drag eliminations proceed to the Finals.

Just one week away. We are going to have a street tire shootout and a BFG radial tire shootout.

I would be interested in hiring a guard for our cars Fri- sat nights at the Sahara if we can split the cost up. It is a normal 8 storey parking ramp that has so-so security. Interested. or am I being paranoid?
