Get some air filters and smooth tubes about $150 for both, adds 10HP I have S&B filter from Roe Racing. Also high flow cats $250-$350 can free up 5-10HP and make it cooler inside. That's about all the "cheap" stuff you can do, unless you want to add some nitrous.
