Did you catch it on speed Wed night?
My figures may be off due to old age & late night viewing!But the winner was clear.


0 to 60 Viper 4.2 to 4.8
1/4 Viper 12.4 to 12.8
60 to 0 Viper!!!! I think it was around 106 ft!

the comments from Motortrend talking heads was that it was too close to call....

Gee , I guess they were afraid to do a TOP END race!!! heheheh
The Snake would have swallowed that Chevy after 3rd gear, and by 5th , would have had 300 ft. on the vette.

I still can't believe the Viper stopped 4 feet shorter than the Vett. We all known the Viper is faster, the Vett is a very cool all around car, if Dodge did not make the Viper I would have a Z06. I'm starting to like the new Viper's looks more and more, I can't wait to see one on the road.

Kudo's to the guys at Dodge for putting some brakes on that rascal. It was a real treat to read review after review showing the flying brick finally outstopping GM's finest. The SRT is so dominant the car mags are reduced to ******** about warm toes so I know the bloodlines are intact.

The car outperforms the Z06 in every area and yet still earns critisism for being a brute. PERFECT!

..At the VOI.7 Tech. Session, Team PVO said " The stopping distance of the SRT/10 from 60-0 mph was 99 ft." wow ! There is no car on this planet that can beat this number to my knowledge in a production car.
Another point is why not put the Skinny driver in the Viper for the 1/4 mile times.
