Isn't 13.8@102 high 13s also, but in a lighter car with 40 more hp? Do you think that this is good?

Yeah, I can't wait to run into a modded '03 on the road. The bolt-on versions seem to trap ~120 mph, and mid/high 120s w/N2O. That's fast enough for them to think "hey, I can take that funny-sounding old RT/10"
