My first viper too!!! coming this weekend!! Fairfax VA

Hey just got a 1993 RT/10. It's being shipped here from WI to Fairfax, VA.

Its actually the one for sale in the classifieds on this page going for $30,500. I havent even seen it in person or driven it yet. My mechanic friend in WI checked it out throughly for me said it was awesome

MODS it has:

3.55 gears
Belanger cat back with hi-flow cats
Smooth tubes

What kind of times do you think this will be running?


Im looking to possibly get the belanger headers as the first MOD i do to it.. what do you think that will add?


Also looking for wheels.... some 19's
So far I dont see many options, but i really like the CCW wheel 505A


Any advice on the new viper??????????

yeah they look alright, no offense but I dont think any factory viper wheel looks good at all. The fact that the car looks so damn good they can basically put any wheel on the car and the car will look amazing. But in the end the factory viper wheels look like garbage to me.

yeah the one i bought has the GTS wheels on there. I think they are the better looking wheel but still doesnt do it for me. Do the 96 GTS factory wheels sell for much? incase i buy new wheels?

I think the Purner 505's look the best or the HRE 547's. But i'm buying the purners because they are cheaper and 19 inch, Good luck and congrats on the new viper!!!!

Hi Jason, there is a local Viper guy who has a set of 18" wheels and I'm sure he'll also take yours in trade. Send me an e-mail with your contact number and I'll get you an appointment to see them, the wheels are located in Manassas and are Georgeous!!. Depending on your driving ability your '93 should run between 12 and 13 seconds in the 1/4 mile... Congrats on the Viper.. Lee - I would like to know more about joining. I checked out that link you posted about the crab feast but it does not mention any dates on it? When is it taking place/ how much does joining VCA work? annual fee or something?

GotV10 - I would LOVE to check out your car. I am really into these 505A wheels would like to see them in person. Please shoot me a PM when you are going to be in the area.

Biff - which 18" wheels are you talking about? Good to see your pretty close too.

Vipera - You're really close! I do business analyst work. Mainly software testing and data warehouse stuff. I am pretty new to the work force, graduating college not that long ago.. Information systems management major/ economics minor.. Always up for better paying jobs if you guys wanna help me out lol



Also For those who care. My girlfriend of 2 years - bartends at ******* in Baltimore, MD. (which means free beer all day/night long) So possibly will set something up for that in the future.

I like 5 spoke wheels only basically. gotta be big, like 19's or 20's.
there are the 847s and the 505As that i really like now, wish there was more choices.

Hey thanks guys! The Viper looks amazing. Not a scratch on it. The interior's dash needs some major work. Maybe someone can recommend me to get it painted somewhere? I just moved to VA 2 months ago so still learning the area!
