Need Advice

I replaced the Automatic Shutdown Relay and the Fuel Pump Relay on 94 Gen 1 RT/10. Trouble code 42 still shows. Car will start and run fine with no problem. The problem is when I turn the car off and attempt to re start, I have to let it sit for about five minutes before it will start and run again. Any advice is appreciated.
