need torque sequence

Can some one tell me what the torque sequence for the heads is on a Gen 1 motor. We are installing new head gaskets. Thanks

Do the 2 center bolts first (4th row from the front of the car). Then forward next 2, forward again next 2. Go back from the center and back 2, last 2 in the back. Then last 2 in the front. Manual says to do it in 2 stages. First to 30 foot pounds. Then turn 1/4 turn. But with new updated head gaskets tork is different.
