George,

You were right this shifter is 100% easier than stock and it has so much torque that going into all of the gears including Reverse is a breeze. I love how much better it feels.

I picked up a B&W knob(chrome) - that is somewhat similar(like the old Hurst handles)
because I was looking for a knob with a button switch.
I haven't installed it yet.
