What is the proper break in procedure for my new 2005 SRT-10?
I took it for a spin last night and put some miles on it. I appreciate and love this car the more I drive it :headbang: :headbang:
I tried to keep the revs below 3,000 rpm and couple times I got it up to 4,000 rpm. I am thinking of keeping it below 3,000 rpm for the first 500-600 miles, then taking it up a little bit and change the engine oil.
How many quartz of oil will I need for the oil change?

My concerns with the SRT-10 are disappearing every mile.

Finally got it !

Must be brought to your local track immediately and driven to the limit. Only way to be sure of proper build quality.

Insomniac,
I got my yellow beast just after you got yours.
I can't seem to put it down.

The kids in the HOOD really get a kick out of the car, especially when I do hole shots on their lawn.

The only problem so far,
the gas gauge must not be working properly, when I leave the homestead the gas tank is FULL, though when I return its been showing EMPTY lately.
If this keeps up, I might have to trade it in for a Toyota Prius.

This is actual the first vehicle I've ever owned that really flys without wings, not counting the ones attached to my back.

Enjoy and stay safe.
