The schedule for Friday May 14th is as follows;

8:00 am Breakfast

9:00 am Auto cross

12-1 Lunch

1-4 pm Drag Racing

I'll be there for the drag racing. Already faxed my registration form. Do we get any kind of confirmation back?

In the past, it's always been an option to do either or both all day. Why limit the drags to the afternoon?

Phil,
This was suggested by the track, since we are not a tremendously large group there is no reason to have both things going on all day. Besides most members that I have discussed this with all think it's a great idea. Last year we were split into A & B groups and you end up missing half the action.

I live in NJ and am new to Viper ownership after 24 years of owning corvettes. I sent in my VCA membership fax a week ago, but have no idea if it was received or processed.

I'm interested in participating in the NJ viper club, but not ready to go autocrossing or drag racing with my 2001 GTS.

Is the event at Raceway Park on Saturday a good event to get started with the club? How many vipers do you expect to attend? Do people bring their kids? Spouses? Sorry for so many questions, but I'm just looking to get a feel for the event.

What do I need to register for Saturday?

JKViper, this is a great event to get started with. it was the first event I did as a new Viper owner and I've been doing it every year since.

Absolutely you can bring the kids, they'll have a great time too. You dont have to race to have fun at this event.

It's a great event for the whole family, but I personally prefer Friday because its Viper only day, but I do go both days.

That's up to you. It will be very easy to find us, just look for the "Snake Pit" Viper ONLY parking!!!
