Sounds like a plan Dan! Do your realize that Mario wrote a VERY negative story on the Viper.... I think it's time he goes for a ride with a "Professional" driver!

I'm serious.....I want to go, but I would like Mario to sign my car. I need to think where, and with what so it will not fade and will stay sharp.......How 'bout it Chuck...Viper Wizard..what do you suggest? I'm thinking engine compartment, Helmet!!!, Steering wheel center???

By the way, a group of us is heading out to Rapael Winery on the North Fork (Peconic) then out to Greenport and Orient on Sunday morning October 28th.
I posted this a while ago and it's on the NY/CT Viper Club web site. I have 7 cars confirmed and the Winery has arranged for a special group tour and lunch is set up at Antares Cafe.
Let me know if any more of you will be joining us. Should be a nice day.

I will also have my new Doug Levin supercharged GTS ACR on hand. This car is unique in that it was Doug's personal show car that was used to showcase his systems. I bought it with only 400 miles on it. After purchasing it, Doug took it upon himself to put a completely new system on it and it is remarkable. Its a thing of beauty and very unique.
So please let me know who is in.

We spoke earlier and didn't get a chance to finalize. You can count my wife and I in. Hopefully no snow in the forecast that day. I've eaten many times in both Lugars and don't really see the difference. Great Neck is definately easier then Brooklyn. Bryant & Cooper is even closer to home so I have no problems there too. Then if it is a really cold night we can get a bunch to come back to the house and hit the hot tub. That's one way to get to know everyone! Anyway, looking forward to the tasting. Wine and steak are two of my favorites!

Have your wallet handy.I am told by one of our guys that when Mario was here for an event and he was asked to sign the car glove box, he said " I sign cars for a certain price." By contrast when I once asked a driver (who I respect a lot more than Mario)to sign my old 95 RT , he said, "I'm happy to but why would you want to screw up such a good looking car?" PS I will also admit that I still think he is a **** for the Viper article awhile back.

I still want to meet the guy, and I still want to buy some wine, and Dan, do you have any Black Sambuca? We'll see if Mario is an *** or not. If so? That's the way it goes, and I hold off on the signiture.
