Had a small leak on my 99. Fixed under warranty. 00 No leaks at all. (Do All Vipers Leak??) is kind of a dumb question. I see it maybe once every few months on the board. These cars are ran pretty hard so, of course they may spring gasket leaks. Not any more than any mustang. The leak just needs to be addressed by a good Viper tech.

I think the gasket material used, especially in the 96-97 vintage, is just lousy. Another reason for buying a used Viper with an extended warranty.

My '98 GT2 has been to the shop several times for oil leaks, finally fixed after rear main seal replaced....

I have a 2001 RT/10. It doesn't burn oil or leak oil.A few people post a topic about oil leaks and it may appear that is a common occurrence, but it isn't. Your getting the wrong impression of Vipers.
