Options?

Guys are the 2005 SRT-10 options pretty much standard on every vehicle or can you get additonal options from one vehicle to the next?

Also...............silly question............ but what part of the interior is leather and other parts are not? I know the steering wheel is leather wrapped, as is the shift knob, seats are suede and leather trim. How about the dash are other areas? The reason why I am asking is I need to know for detailing purposes ( ie: leather treatments vs. vinyl/plastic treatments).
