passenger seat removal

I am replacing the amp under the passenger seaton my 09 vert... can i just remove the base seat or does the whole seat have to come out. I see two bolts in fron and two in back is it that easy?

Yup, just 4 bolts, comes out in one piece. It's a lot easier with the vert, with the top down.
