What does the gauge go up to? Also i would not leave the gauge in the car for good as the vibrations may crack the mount or the gauge and cause a potential problem. You will need a gauge that reads up to about 120 psi by the way.

Did anybody say I´ve installed a lower then 120 psi gauge? I have installed a 200PSI Gauge and why should the vibrations crack my mount? You doesn´t know how i mounted it... My mount can´t crack or break because i have no fixed mount!

Matrix, the person you just copped an attitude with has only installed about 100 Paxton kits, give or take a few. You seek advice, then get all defensive. Why would anyone want to help you with such an attitude?

I am not sure if I have a fuel pressure problem or gauge variation. My gauge reads about 45-47 psi when idling or below boost. When it was all new it was closer to 50 psi. Has there been a change to the fuel pumps orany known issues with the pumps losing pressure over time. Note that I have not noted an a/f ratio issue.

MJ is the "god" of Paxton. He did the install on my 06 Blue/silver coupe that ended up in Calgary via Las Vegas. This is one guy that knows his stuff!!!!

GR8 ASP,
The service manual (2004) says fuel pressure is 55psi +/- 5psi.
If your gauge is accurate your pressure is close I don't know if it would be an issue or not?

HollyWood,
Nice coupe, Blue/Silver is my Favorite color combo. I would like to check it out some time if you don't mind.

Some of this depends on the gage (is it liquid filled?) and the temperature of the engine. With the stock Paxton fuel set up, under cold conditions, my fuel pressure gage read 55 psi and dropped about 5 psi warm. Under boost, it went up to about 100 psi. A bit lower when warm.
