I had to remove the fiberglass insulation beneath the
carpeting on the passenger side of my car. It comes
from the factory glued to the floor, so there is no way
to remove it with out ruining it.
Question. Is replacement insulation available from Chrysler,
or is there another solution ? Can I replace it with ordinary
foil backed insulation from the hardware store ?
Thanks

Jon B, are you out there, can you help Robert out with this one? I know Summit carries insulation for street rods and the like, but does it have the same insulating qualities. That V-10 gets awful hot and the heat soak goes right into the floor and if you don't ahve the top off or at least the side curtains out and no air, you will think you are in the world's fastest sauna.
