Pricing on new GTS?

I am very interested in purchasing a new viper GTS (either 2001 or 2002). I have been to 2 nearby Dodge dealers in Northern Va.
I hope to buy in about 2 months and am worried that if I wait too long, I may miss an opportunity to buy a new car.

Fair Oaks Dodge: 2002 Final Edition
Told they would sell for $76K, but I think they'd good down a bit from there. Sat in the car tonight only to find the odometer read 179 miles. That is not a new car in my opinion. I figure a new car should have less than 15 miles or so.

Tysons Dodge: 4 new ACRS at list of over $90K. I'd love an ACR, but the cost is too high for me.

Should I just buy from Woodhouse or Buhler instead? Although I love the color scheme of the Final Editions, I'd rather save money on a new 2001.

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I'd never bought a pre-owned car before,until I picked up an 01 gts with 1300 miles (perfect) for 61k,something else to consider....Dave

I'm sure those 200 miles on the 02 are break in miles from caring salespeople and test drivers!!!

You're right. No more than twenty miles tops -- on a new Viper. I ordered my car and it 8.2 miles when I picked it up.

You need to talk with Buhler!!! They have a 2001 yellow GTS that I was considering at a GREAT price. I think I have to wait just a tad longer to get my new one.. da@@it anyway

I spoke to Bill Pemberton today and he seems to be the guy to buy from. I will be making my decision in the next month or so. I still can't believe I may own a viper in the near future.

I took the advice of many on this board - Bill Pemberton at Woodhouse - and I'm very happy I did.

Dodge made 360 Final Editions. I bought a Viper Race Yellow GTS. Dodge only made 83 in my color for 2002. Which do you think will have the best chance of being a valuable collector car in the years to come?
