Production Numbers for 99 silver / blue stripe GTS

Hello,

Well, I fianlly made a deal on a clean 7K mile GTS. I was wondering if anyone had a list or breakdown of production numbers for 99 GTS's specifically the Silver w/ Blue stripes. I did not get any results from doing a search.

I am hoping to take delivery within a week or so, just getting quotes from Transporters, etc. I wanted to Fly out and drive it, however I live in CO and the car is in CA so I do not want to take the chance or hitting bad weather..

any information on the #'s or a location to find this information would be appreciated!

Look in the Viper Registry and select "build info". Everything you need is there. An excellent resource all around.

Thanks Santo! I did get it narrowed down to around 247 had stripes. fairly rare color combination either way..

I am very excited to get the car. just need to get delivery arrangements made and get it on it's way!

They made 22 99 silver/blue GTS's. They also made 21 98 silver/blue GTS's. Vary rare and good looking color combo.

That sounds more like the ACR numbers. At any rate I have one, so you can check me off.

Ha, I just realized that was you I quoted earlier George. How ya been? Car is still doing well. Miss it at all with that nice new Copperhead in your garage? For those of you who don't know I bought mine off George there, so he probably knows more about the production numbers than I.

I have a 99 GTS as well. But it is a rare as well black with connolly and silver stripes. I think less that 20 were built in black with both silver stripes and the connolly option. I'm selling mine with 8,200 miles if anybody wnats a fine 99 GTS. Never raced has T&D roller rockers with chrome molly push rods,billet SVS throttle bodies,Mopar/Borla 3 inch exhaust, Mopar performance computer. All paper work and window sticker. Will arange transport for a fair market price

George is accurate on the production numbers of the Silver/Blue Vipers. To ensure that you are getting a factory striped car, you should contact a Dodge Dealer, give them the VIN number, and make sure they have two paint codes on the car (Silver, and GTS Blue for the stripes). If they only have one paint code, then the stripes are after market.
