Let me start by first saying "THANK YOU" to "NANCY" at WOODHOUSE. She took the time to make sure my visit to Woodhouse was both memorable and in my opinion, the best car buying experience I have ever had. THANKS AGAIN NANCY!!!!!!!

Bill P. of course was the person I dealt with and made this 2nd Viper purchase possible. Unfortunately, Bill was flying out to California as I was flying in to NE. to pick up my new Viper so, I didn't get to meet him. But he made sure that Nancy had all the details to make this an unforgettable experience for me. "THANK YOU BILL".

I purchased a new Graphite w/silver GTS. What a beautiful color!

I decided to fly out to NE., pick up the car, drive it to Texas to visit a friend for a day, and then make the long drive home to the Bay Area of California. It was a GREAT road trip that took 5 days, just over 2,600 miles (I'm still adding up my credit card receipts) and worth every penny I spent and every mile I covered. In my opinion, this beets any covered delivery of a Viper, which I did on my other one.

I washed the car this morning and only found 2 very small rock chips on the front nose.

The only think left to do now? What license plate to order for this Viper. I'm thinking " 1 of 2"

2 Vipers are better than 1.

Make sure your wardrobe is arranged so you wear the right colored clothes with whichever Viper you drive that day.

Wow, what a ride!

Share some stories from that trip! Must be some good ones, gas stop conversations, on the road improntu races, 20 year old supermodels wanting to join for the ride.

You know, things to help pass the winter for us snowed in Viper guys...........

It was a great ride!! From WOODHOUSE over to I-29 into Iowa, down thru Missouri, cut back over to Kansas, down the center of Oklahoma, into Dallas-Ft. Worth Texas to see a friend for a day.
From Dallas over to El Paso Texas (stopped at Barnett Harley Davidson, worlds largest), thru the southern part of New Mexico, straight thru Arizona, up to Palm Springs California, past Button Willow Raceway, and FINALLY HOME!

Notable events along the way? Got pulled over by the Texas State Troopers (nice man) my dealer sticker fell out of the window, gave me a warning and asked me if i had opened her up yet. I said "yeah, but it wasn't in your state." "How fast" he said. I told him 120. He smiled, told me drive safely and have a good trip.

Met a guy somewhere in Arizona who said there are two Vipers in town. One belonged to a doctor, the other a girl he knows who slept her way into it (I wonder how he knew that).

But the most memorable moment........New Viper $74K, gas, food, lodging about $650, getting a couple of pictures of your spedo reading 120mph while your cruising west on I-10 thru Arizona.........PRICELESS!!!

I will have some pics of the WOODHOUSE VIPER PIT with SRT-10's, and a couple in the PDI stage, as well as the spedo pics.
