question about resin boby..

today i went to look another dodge viper..(very far from my home..)
The car appears new. Using a lamp on the body, i could see that in little bit point, reflex light was distortion..(not waves). I'm not able to understand if this is normal for a resin body or there is bad other..On sheet metal car, i never seen this..
