After doing research on late model colors, can those on the know verify my understanding of how it went?

Silver in 98 and 99
Steel Grey in 2000 only
Sapphire Blue in 2001 only
Graphite Metallic for 2002 only

In finding pics of Steel Grey to Graphite Metallic I see little difference, a touch daker and some flake I am guessing, is it a different paint code completely? could just be the pictures I found, hard to do an apples to apples.......

Finally the Sapphire Blue run is positively a one year run, and is no longer offered? After exhausting my search for a blue/white in Canada, I am moving up to Cremapuff status for my search up here, I just can't swallow a low 45,000ish US purchase price, ending up landed at 85,000 cdn, thinking of finding a late model here in that range.......vive la loonie, ugh......

Blue in 1996
Red, Blue in 1997

Silver in 98 and 99 (add black in 99 and Red)
Steel Grey in 2000 only (Add Black & Red)
Sapphire Blue in 2001 only (Add Yellow & Red)
Graphite Metallic for 2002 only (Add Yellow & Red)

That should be all the GTS colors.....opps Red with STONE WHITE STRIPES IN 2002 (Final Edition)! If you want a Final Edition you might want to hurry and get a deposit down. There are alot of people putting money down on them.

The Graphite is darker by a tad. The Steel Grey tends to change color under certain lighting and angles, the Graphite does not.

Just don't forget that a true "creampuff" (smoother cam, no neutral gear rattle, no cool muscle car rumble) is 2000+. 1999 and previous all had the better (in my opinion) cam. So, if you want a creampuff, you have:

2000: Black, Red, Steel Gray
2001: Sapphire Blue (one of my faves), Red, Yellow
2002: Yellow, Red, & Graphite Gray

Otherwise your choices are as listed in previous posts!
