I've had this problem a few months, have taken to the dealer twice, and it seems to be getting worse, but they seem like its no problem. Everytime I have a strong stop (one that makes the car dive forward), I get a clunking sound that sounds like its from the Driver's side (I can sorta feel it in addition to hearing it). Additionally, when I crank the wheel all the way to one side and go backwards, I get the same noise. It's a single "klunk". And then you don't hear anything until you hit the brakes hard again. Kind of unnerving.
July 97 GTS, 23k miles. Trying to think of variables in that area, stock wheels/springs, have the dilusi deflectors, and EBC pads (I know its not brake related, just writing everything down.)
Thanks for any help!
