If raw fuel gets out past a cylinder, how does this affect the OE O2 / lambda sensors, does it 'F' (mess) them up; or can they handled a cylinder not firing? If it does mess them, will they respond to cleaning up?

If you have a Cats the raw fuel will burn in the Cats and your car will get HOT. If you don't have Cats, raw fuel will burn outside of your car ... likely on your rear bumper.

When you get raw fuel into the exhaust you have a trouble somewhere so the AFR doesn't matter really at this point. Rather figure out what's wrong on your car. If one of your cylinder is not firing the access fuel will burn outside of the cylinder. From my experience I can tell you that it is very easy to identify a cynlinder which not firing. Just remove all your sparc plugs and check their color. In addition the faulty cylinder will smell like your gaz tank.

If your question was whether an O2 sensor will be fouled permanently or temporarily by contact with wet gasoline, the answer is no. The O2 signal (if the O2 sensor is up to operating temperature) will be odd, as Jack has pointed out, in that the raw fuel in the exhaust will indicate a lean (excess O2) condition. An O2 sensor is not harmed by (cool) gasoline, rather by long term exposure to excessive heat.

Thanks Tom, yeah that was my question as to whether an O2 would be permanently fouled by raw fuel present in the exhaust gases.

'Learn something new everyday' ...interested in reading the posts (thanks Jack) on raw fuel present displaying the lean condition, this solves some puzzles for me with setting higher fuel pressures and yet still seeing lean A/F and yet fouled wet plugs! Thank You. Looking forwards to now getting it right, and having 10 cylinders fire, and maybe saving some gas mileage!!

Thanks Kovacs for reply, my cats were history long ago!
