Has any one had this happen ? Went to the strip, first time with et streets and now the differential is acting like a spool. No slip at all. I did tight lefts, tight rights and its draging the slow tire. At times both rears are dragging.Jacked one tire off the ground and with the fronts chocked could still spin the rear that was on the ground. Fluid is ok. I've got two other cars with spools and I sure don't need another. oh yea a 1.65 60' rocks

UPDATE:::: One of the spider gears had seized to the shaft causing the spool effect. This rear has got to be one of the easiest to R & R that there is. I think its faster to pull it then a ford 9"

What were the 1/4 times? Is the car still under warranty? Hope so. If not start looking for a replacement just in case.

Not under warranty, probably spider gears, no big deal....two post lift in the garage. We ran at Brainerd 1/8 mile, it sits next to I-75 one mile south of the Tn. state line. Went a 7.46,
7.44, 7.31, more dialing in of tire pressure and driving will produce easy 7.20's. No2 system being planned out at the moment and should be on in few months....I know opticz06 is looking forward to it, I can't wait.
