Rear lug stud removal

Had lug nut go bad when I was removing the tires on my '04. (yes I use antiseize). The threads and nut are beyond hope.

There are no instructions on how to remove the studs in the factory manual short of the obvious removing the axle bearing from the spindle. Is there a shortcut? What are the dimensions of the stud so I can go buy one. It appears as though the studs are not available from Dodge, you have to buy the whole bearing assy.
