Rear Wheel Rubbing

After my car warms up, when I make slow turns the rear end makes a moaning sound. I don't think it's the parking brake since the noise stays the same when I tried that. Any suggestions out there?

I've heard that one before.
Change the Differentail Fluid and see if that gets rid of the noise.

SAE 75W-140 synthetic axle fluid and 4oz Mopar Friction Modifier
