Recall 999, Where Does a PA Guy Go?

I carefully inspected my 2000 GTS last night for cracks on the welds for the steering mount. None found. But, I guess I will have to have the preventive recall done. Can anyone recommend a Dodge dealer in NJ, PA, DE, NY or surrounding areas? I am figuring to trailer the car there and wait the day for this to be done, if it's a long trip. I am particular with this car (read anal retentive) so I would like this job done right. I also don't mind a Tech getting a few under his belt before tackling my car. Thanks!

Buhler sound like one of the better dealers in our area. Or maybe Barbera. I am sure somebody with first hand experience will chime in.
