Vipers of any color are gorgeous. But this is as good as it gets when it comes to color schemes on a viper!
That wing and seat color completes the car.

Any idea where these pictures were taken?
That is one beautiful Viper! Maybe when all the rumors were flying last year about the hoped-for run of 100 "Daytona Edition" Vipers, the plan was for it to be a "Grand Finale" to salute the end of the current Viper generation? It sure would be great to see a car like this finally in production!

Those stickers (PVO) on the wing look decent... I have a Silver/Blue 98 with an autoform wing. Are those stickers/decals available at all, and if so in blue? Also, anyone else have any other suggestions or pics. of other decals on the sides of wing?

thats the same thing I was going to say.I think its a repainted GT-2.Its kind of odd because don't that hurt its rareity painting it a diffrent color.I used photoshop in the GT-2 colors and it looks the same.Also anyone noticed the seats say GTS-R?The only othe way if it's a GT-2 is if it has the American flag on the left side of the car or is it both?

If it is a repainted GT2, it is missing the two small "winglets", one on each side toward the front of the car.
The GT2 flag is on just the driver's side.
The black "Viper GTS-R" designation does look like it could be for a GT2 seat (the GT2 had blue leather instead of this car's red leather, but otherwise looks right)

You want the rest of the story? It's not a repaint GT-2. It has emblems. Check the hood and front fenders. GT-2 had a Fang decal on hoOd and "Viper" decal on fenders, not emblems. The Rear Wing is GT-2 stock.
Last hint: The red car is a V2k ACR. It was considered for a special production run similar to the GT-2 and be called the Daytona. Dealers even showed it on their order sheets early in 2001.
Dodge Motorsports put this car in the One Lap of America where, driven by 2 Michelin test drivers, it came in #1! No ABS, no big hp mods, etc and it still won.

"Viper Daytona" What a great tribute to the Shelby Daytona which ruled the tracks in the 60's. What a grand finale to the last of the GTS Coupes.
Hope Dodge does something to help the car garner some last publicity.
If any dealers know anything about this car, I would be up to ordering one!
