You'll be fine. Because of the geometry (where the shock attaches to the lower control arm) is different front to back, you'd lower the back more than the front anyway.

The front shock mounts about 80% of the distance from inner A-arm pivot to ball joint, so 0.300" removed from the cap lowers the front 0.300/80% = 0.375"

The rear shock mounts about 50% out on the lower arm, so the same 0.300" spring cap lowers the car 0.300/50%=0.600"

I've cut my spring caps in small increments to cross-weight the car. You may want to measure camber before and after. Instead of the rear tires wearing out in the center first, the inner tread may be the first to reach the wear bars.
