Replacement Head unit for Viper Eonon E1025e

IM thinking of changing the Alpine head unit on my GEN2 GTS, I'm not really into massive sound with big boxes in the trunk, but I have seen this unit advertised on ebay

This unit is also being advertised on ebay.com with US mapping so you may know someone who has one?

My questions are do any of you guys have any experience with these units? Also will this units wiring be compatible with the Viper?

A few things:

1. The wiring is "compatible", to a point. If you're keeping everything else stock, you'll have to splice into the DIN cable that runs to the amplifier. You will also have to cut some wires, as I don't believe there is an aftermarket wiring harness available for Vipers.

2. There's not a lot of space behind the head unit, so all those wires and plugs sticking out the back might be a tight fit.

3. Keep in mind that when the screen is up, it will block the vents in the dash.
