At first yes, for those needing to unload their current car to pickup their new 03 arrival.

I think the new ones will go cheap six months after their release since so many people are buying them to make a buck via the coupon deal.

The older ones may actually increase in value.

maybe for the used RT/10 market(the open air owners). I wouldn't suspect the GTS market to get soft since no telling if and when the next gen Coupe is coming out..
