Rev limiter

Put my srt-10 on the dyno today, bloody thing had the revs limited at 5k in all gears, is this an option?
my car has been stroked to 520, would this be a reason to lower the limit?

or is it a case of increasing the limit through the map?

Upside, 510 ft tq at 3000 revs, and the curves were still going right up at the 5k limit

Might have been don't by the tuner but that sounds like a low limit to me. Who built it ?
