I was told that you have something that I need. My stock shifter was lowered couple of inches because there was a piece taken out-that piece is the one that suppossedly goes bad every 7 years, I think it's a plastice vibration piece. I've got the MGW shifter now and when I put it on, I can't shift without smashing my fingers on the console. Do you have a piece that would lengthen my shifter so I can use the MGW shifter? And if you do, instructions to put it on?

While I can't speak for Rich Detert..I can report that his webpage has instructions on switching the isolater. It's simple. I got familiar with Rich's parts as I am test fitting a new shifter handle, and needed a shorter length isolater.
