I just purchased a 97 coupe and the guy I got it from just installed new coil springs and Koni adjustable shocks. He did not set the ride highth or have it aligned. I am going to have it all done but would like imput on ride highth for the best handling and drivability for street use. He also put urathane bushings in the control arms. Will this make the ride a bunch stiffer? I doubt it will ever see a track. Thanks.

Track use 4" front and 4.5" rear. Street & track 4.5' front & 5' rear. Measured from the bottom of the frame rail to the ground. I am guessing with the adj shocks and delrin bushings that your car has some springs that are noticebly stiffer than stock. If this car is for street use I would consider changing back to stock spings & shocks. The delrin bushings should be fine either way.
