3 of the RT/10's that I drive with, 2-1995's and 1-1996, all had the side sills(rocker panels) replaced under extended warantee due to the corossion problem.
Got new side sills and complete repaint with no hassles at all. All 3 were very happy. Those things are not cheap either.
