Has anyone else had a problem with their roe s/c not holding the oil. I checked the oil level the other day and it was not showing anything on the dipstick (extremely low if not bone dry) so I filled it and took a 3-4 mile drive with noticable loss of power. Got home and checked it to find that it was again empty. I'm guessing it's a seal, my question is:

is there something that I might have done or something to be careful with either in installation or maintanance in the future in order to avoid a re-occurance.

Thanks in advance

I don't think it was anything you did. Sounds like a seal failure. You might want to call or PM Sean Roe or one of the other tuners that deal with this S/C as to where is the best place to get it repaired. Probably be best to do a complete rebuild since it is out.

Ask Sean, but I believe PS&E Superchargers and Kenne Bell rebuild the Autorotor compressors. Like Mike said, sounds like a seal (maybe even bearing) failure.
