Might fit, but gearing must be different:
'94 goes to 180 MPH (I assume, my '96 RT/10 Gen1 is 180 MPH)
'97 goes to 200 MPH

If it helps, I replaced a metric speedo that went to 200 mph with an english speedo that only went to 180 mph. It works, but maybe I'm going too slow...

But seriously, since the signal goes through the same ECU whether it's a metric or english system, and the gauge runs off the electronic signal, not a speedo gear, I would strongly assume the gauge compensates. I did stay within the model same year, though.
