Ted May has been providing great service for Viper Owners at Stevens Creek Dodge (Service Writer). Ted is a certified Viper Tech and has started his own business. The business name is Valaya Racing, Ph# 408 448-8811. I am starting with my 5.9 Grand Cherokee for service. (Vipers are not due for service). Ted has been at most of the VCA track events and provides great customer service. He is trying to work with dealerships for Viper sub contract service. I would select Ted over any of the South Bay dealerships for Viper service.

Is he currently authorized to perform (DC) warranty repairs on a Viper or is he still trying to work that out through subcontract? I am in San Jose and would like to develop a relationship with a quality Viper tech who will be doing any of my warranty repairs.

Warranty repairs are authorized by a dealer in conjunction with the Chrysler zone staff. The dealers would have to define if they could and or would use Ted as a subcontractor. Ted puts a 110% into Viper Service, customer service and just an all around helpful person.
