Yes,

Looks very similar to the multi fold glossy card stock 2001 brochure.

Yes, they are available, IF you CALL the Dodge Customer service
number and ASK for one. The "4ADODGE.COM" site has a page
under Viper model for requesting brochures,
BUT ... VIPER is NOT on the list !
