San Jose Area Assistance Please

I am in Dallas and considering some wheels in San Jose. The seller won't send COD and wants me to send funds first. Right. The seller did say he would be willing to have someone pick up the wheels and deliver funds, if someone wants to go to that effort on my behalf. Also, a very careful inspection of the wheels would help, as pictures will not capture minor flaws & damage. Please email me privately if you're willing.
