Overall a fun evening but our beloved Viper/Dodge display was the worst I have observed at any car show. The 2002 Red/Silver Viper was dull, the engine compartment dirty, the side sills below the hood was filthy. Very poor presentation. We pointed this out to the attendants at the Dodge booth and they asked if we wanted to clean it and we said yes. They said all cars are cleaned by the same staff. Sorry no other car was dirty. The model and color chart selection was for 2002? The car was provided by a local dealer, but the Dodge brand is being promoted. And yes we would have cleaned the car.

Dodge please employ Maurice on a consulting basis to approve car show presentation.

It's sad but true, for these shows, the manufacturers actually have little part in over seeing what goes on. THe staff are usually provided by marketing companies and the cars are all cars off dealer lots. I remember in 1999 when they switched to the 18 inch wheels, the Chrysler display in toronto had a red 97 GTS.

Ahhhh i remember when the 1996 GTS was at the Philadelphia car show. What a mis representation of our beloved Viper. I was so upset that i pulled out my spray bottle of Zaino and my 100% Cotton Towel (USA made) and stated going over the car. Security was called and hauled me out of the show. Didn't stop me from writing a letter to Chrylser and a person by the name of Mr. Lutz called me stated that he was sorry for the poor showing in Philadelphia and if there was any thing else i had concerns with i could call him anytime. I didn't, so i never called.
