Sean Roe and Chuck Tator

I visited Roe Racing in Jax FL and want you all to know how well I was treated by Sean. He took alot of time out of his busy schedule to help me understand several Viper related issues concerning my RT/10.

I recently spoke with Chuck Tator and I was also suprised about the amount of time he spent with me on the phone about several issues concerning the DC Warranty (which I bought)and an electrical problem with my wipers (dead wipers no power)

Being a Viper newbie (and collecting grief from some local Dodge Dealerships), I want you all to know that both gentlemen were concerned with my situation/problems and never once tried to rush the conversation or blow me off. I was loosing confidence in the ownership of my "new to me '96 Viper", due to the apparently slack Atlanta Dodge Dealerships which either have limited knowledge of the car, no knowledge, or just plain do not care. I actually considered selling it after only owning it for a month, if this was the level of support Viper Owners got from their local dealerships.
I am much more comfortable with my car and the knowledge that common decency and service are not lost on these two individuals.

I'll hoist a cold beverage to that as well. My main interaction with Sean so far has been on this forum (and he is a real asset as he spends a lot of time answering questions, etc.), although I also ordered my tubes/filters from his company and they arrived promptly and unbelievably well packaged.

I called Chuck last week about getting a jumper plug to kill my daytime running lights, and Chuck and I exchanged several phone calls because the plug is not in DC's parts catalogue and apparently I am the first person ever to try to order a jumper plug to replace the Canadian daytime running light module. Chuck had to spend considerable time chasing this issue, and eventually figured out how to get one after talking to someone with DC--they even told him they would put it in their parts catalogue now that someone had ordered one! Chuck was great and really went out of his way to help me find an EIGHT DOLLAR PART (well, it was supposed to be $10 but he insisted on giving me 20% off)! Who do you think I'm going to call next time I need a part for my Viper? What a guy!

I have dealt with Sean twice now and must say that both times I received a lot more than I gave. The service was outstanding. That's what keeps me comming back.

I haven't actually done business with Chuck yet but he has answered my questions and I'm sure doing business is just around the corner.

I have had quite a few dealings with Sean and he is a class act. Have not yet been fortunate enough to deal with Chuck but he does have one heckuva great reputation...I look forward to speaking with him.

I have to agree with the great comments about Sean and don't forget Becky. When I first got my Viper I was in a hurry to get the headers and exhaust done before a big family reunion. Sean took good care of me and they actually fed me which took any profit they may have made on the deal.
