Seeing Yellow Today! (Yellow SRT-10) on the road

On my way to work today i saw a yellow SRT-10 pass me in the opposing direction, the car looked great. It did not look like a manufacturer plate as far as i could tell. I didn't have nearly anytime to get a pic.

It was not a mirage, Yellow Viper SRT-10 in the flesh on the road. Don't know the story ???? factory prototype, a used up fast and furious repaint of a pre-prod. car, or a customer repaint already anybody know?
