This is the officail name for the cam sprocket bolt deal. Each dealer has been sent an email with his involved vin #s. I had only one, but I can check your vin also. email me at [email protected] Send the last 8 digits of the vin and approximate miles.

I read in this forum that one sign that you may have a recall engine problem is if the engine cuts out at higher RPMs. My car will cut out over the red line is this normal. I don't try to go above the red line frequently but this occurred inadvertently on 2 occasions. Please advise.

If you go over redline, the engine's "kill switch" is triggered to keep you from destroying your engine. It's a safety feature that saves you big bucks.
