That Momo F-16, is it threaded for the Viper or does it have adapter inserts. I've got a black leather Momo that I bought on ebay and never used. It has an assortment of plastic sleeves to adapt it and has two set screws. It look's like a slightly smaller version of the stock Viper knob. I have the short MGW. If anyone wants the other knob I'll let it go. I can't remember what I paid for it. Anyone want it make offer.

I think I paid $35 on ebay but I can't bring up the ebay auction because it was too long ago. I bought it as a "Momo Viper shift knob" but, like I said, it has adapters to make it fit various size shafts. Before I tried it out I bought a short MGW knob and I never tried out the Momo. I don't know what they cost new. How about $35 + shipping from 20621. I think that's what I paid.

Joe,

I can't help with the specifics on the fit of the Momo shift knob because I have a B&M shifter and I have not got my car back to get it installed.

You should be able to get it to fit with no problems - but you might have to use one the the adapters.

It look's new to me. The little envelope that the set screws are in seems to be sealed and it's in the original box. I'm fairly certain that the adapter inserts will make it fit a Viper but I just wanted to say that it look's like it was probably made to fit various cars. I was a little surprised when I got it because I thought it was going to be Viper specific.

Bump for good folks. My lady is gonna contact them soon for my X-Mas gifts. I see the glove/console box with CUP HOLDER and maybe a tilt wheel lever in my future.
quote:
Originally posted by Tiepilot:

I just installed the First Strike knob with the new logo. It looks great and drastically improves shifting ease compared to the stock shifter.

I will probably put my MGW 6-speed pattern First Strike knob for sale on ebay in a few weeks unless any of you guys want to give me some bucks for it.
