Should I be worried about water leaks?

A friend of mine had issues with water leaking on his 97 gts just behind his windshield, he also had water on the floor as well. Is this a common thing with Vipers? Easy fix? How many of you actually had this problem?

Yes they leak! Sometimes a little,sometimes a lot.Its just one of those thing you accept.I put a towel on the carpet when washing.Really nothing to worry about & it sure wouldnt keep me from owning one.

ignoring the MESSAGE, and worrying more about spelling and grammar errors on these forums will keep you extremely busy through the slow winter months. good luck.

my point remains the same - water leaks (car, residential, whatever) should make anyone worried. water causes incredible damage. look what it did to the Grand Canyon!

find the leak and fix it right away before it does damage. simple.

Never had any noticeable leaks in my 00 GTS.
My buddy always has leaks in his 00 RT though. He's finally getting his new roof (under warranty) because if he was caught in the rain with his old roof. He would look like a drowned rat when he got out LOL!

Only if you drive in the rain(HEAVEN FORBID) or wash your car.

Of which I do neither........

Meguires quick detailer after each drive followed by a complete polish and wax.
