Sick snake! Help :(

My snake just doesn't "feel" right, ya know?

Today while comming home the car was MUCH rougher than usual, had a vibration every 3 second intervals that lasted about 1.5 seconds. Like riding on no shocks, very strange. Motor seemed to lack the smoothness that it usualy has as well. Maybe i'm being paranoid, but I feel something is wrong.

Any suggestions? Tire pressure is good, but my front two tires need replacing VERY soon.

Nothing has changes. I bet she is just mad at me... promissed her a tune up last weekend but didn't do it :/

Am going to park it for a few days... new wires, plugs, air filter, tubes, tires and oil. Jon B.. get ready for a phone call!

Simple maintenance might be the trick. I changed my plugs after 30k and my RT/10 ran like a new car afterwards. Pushing 40K now and I still haven't gotten around to the wires. These cars are so easy to work on.

I've been meening to give it the tune up, but keep putting it off. Usualy I do all of the first day I own a car, but i've been slack on the viper (hmmm... drive it or work on it..Hmmmmmmm.....hehe).

I've been wanting to repaint the manifold and valve covers, so I may do all of it in one shot.

James, what color are you painting manifold and valve covers? Blue? Please post description and pics once completed. I've been planning that mod for this winter myself.

Yep, blue metallic like the stripes. the "ribs" get the white paint, as does the viper script. While thats out, i'm going to hit the front bar w/ aluminum polish (already tested.. sucker polishes up NICE!) and clear coat it, get a polished casing for the alternator, polish the TB's (or paint them white, haven't decided). Blue mopar wires.

I'll keep a photo log of the removal/reinstall for the tech section.

Maybe a bad plug. Or a 2nd bad plug.
Maybe a bad coil, but highly unlikley
